Shipping and Returns
Summary
In this course, attendees learn how to process ship orders and return and re-ship orders in AMS. Attendees will learn ways to only refund shipping or adjust shipping on shipped orders. Attendees will learn ways to track customers with returns in order to calculate the return rate. Attendees will learn how to process will call orders to ship. Attendees will learn how to handle shipping futures in AMS. Attendees will learn how to run and review inventory and shipping reports in AMS. Attendees will learn how to adjust shipping charges for shipping zones.

All users that deal with shipping daily and/or wine club orders and processing wine club returns

Course objectives
After attending this course, attendees should be able to:
-create returns and re-ship transactions and track them
-convert members orders to ship
-track returns and report on the return rate
-run inventory reports to determine how much wine is reserved for the club
-run shipping reports in AMS to determine if the shipping charge is appropriate
-create a part for return fee if you charge customers a return or shipping fee for cancelled and returned orders
