Summary

In this course, attendees learn how to use AMS to collect data to report on your company's KPI's and how to pull targeted email lists with the collected data.  Attendees will learn how to segment data using customer management.  Attendees will also learn ways to measure the success of a marketing campaign using data in AMS. Attendees will learn how to measure RFM and use it as a tool for their next email campaign.  Attendees will learn how to generate cube reports and generate reports using the Advanced search in customer management.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for AMS users that use CRM in their job roles, pull email lists, enter customer data, and report on DTC metrics.

2.5 hour classroom session (lecture and hands on exercises)

Course objectives:

After attending this course, attendees should be able to:

-run data checks to ensure data is correct in CRM

-verify data after it’s collected

-create lists for email campaigns segmented by various customer types, preferences, sales history, etc.

-Track the customers receiving email campaigns in AMS

-Measure the performance of the campaign using AMS reports to extract the related data

-Generate reports in AMS to measure KPI's
