Wine Club Prep and Processing
Summary
In this course, attendees learn how to prepare for a wine club month and process the wine club. Attendees will learn how to clean up their data in CRM, estimating club packages to be shipped out vs will call sending out pre club emails and preparing packages in AMS. Attendees learn how to run a club batch and report on club batch. Attendees will learn about our new custom club feature. Attendees will learn how to handle processing declines and new club members throughout the club month. Attendees will learn how create a button on the cash register for the current club selection. Attendees will learn ways to track club re-orders. Attendees will review the club dashboard provided by AMS to learn where the data is pulling from.

Course objectives
After attending this course, attendees should be able to:
-Clean up their wine club data in CRM0
-Estimate club inventory for shipping and will calls taking
-send out pre club emails in AMS
-create wine club packages in AMS
-process a wine club with pre-selected wines and a custom club shipment
-process declines and new club members
-track club re-orders with a coupon, event, promo or transaction type
-Create a string of parts on the cash register
