Events Management, Tracking and Reporting
Summary
In this course, attendees learn how to track sales at events and measure the performance of the event. Attendees will also learn how to manage reservations in AMS using our event management software. Attendees will work in a test environment to create event sales in AMS, track the sales using different tools in AMS, and extract data from the system to measure the performance of the events. Attendees will also create events and book reservations in event management and on our demo cart.
Who should attend?
Clients that lead or manage any winery events, event staff that works with the cash register.
